Background
Nowadays, pipe & couplers together with timbers are normally used as a shoring structure for concrete casting. This system is complex to operate, and takes much labors and time .It also needs many timbers, iron wire, nails to fix. These all caused a low efficiency and a high cost and material-wasting.
To change this situation, our co***ny successfully come out with an invention of “Smart Formwork Combination Structure�after years�of pain-taking efforts, which has filled the blank in the construction field and we are awarded by 15 patents. This slab shoring system is very easy to operate, quick to assemble and remove. With flexible adjustment by the screw, variable height can be reached, making the system suitable to various project. It costs RMB 15yuan per sqm of labor charge when using old shoring system,while only costs 10yuan per sqm when choose our products. And please don’t forget that many small couplers have been saved at the same time.
Product Introduction
Our slab shoring system is all made of steel. The H Beams are made of cold-rolled steel, thickness is 2-2.5mm, which is corruption-resisting, flexible performance and hard to be deformed.
Each shoring prop can bare about 3-4 ton. The ***ce between two main beam can bare 2-2.5ton. Each sub beam can bare 1 ton. The widely used concrete slab thickness is about 10-15cm, weight per sqm is about 250-380kg. Therefore, our shoring system is strong enough to support for normal high-rise buildings.
Main Beam’s length can be adjusted from 1.17m to 4.39m at will. Short main –beams are suitable for balcony, restroom and bathroom, Sub-Beam has 3 sizes�.15m, 0.8m, 0.4m. Vertical props can be connected together to reach different height as required.The Main Beam and Vertical prop are connected through a smart locket which allows very easy operation and firmness. It only takes 3-5 minutes to finish an area of 30sqm.
